Shot Darts Shipping Policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include a tracking number. To check the status of your order, simply click on the tracking number link in the email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to populate and become available.
Please note that in the rare event of potential delays due to postal service problems outside our control, our dispatch team will communicate these delays to you and discuss options.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For orders over $69.00, we offer FREE SHIPPING. This applies to the total order value after any discounts have been applied, excludes applicable taxes, and is available for all products in our store.
For all orders under $69.00, a flat rate fee of $7.50 per order will be displayed and processed at checkout. This fee covers our pick and pack and shipping costs.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship to PO Box addresses.
In-store pickup
Currently, we do not offer local in-store pickup on orders.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship to the continental United States only, and we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please provide an accurate shipping address when placing an order. If the delivery of your parcel is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount after deducting a $30 administration fee and any relevant shipping costs. However, the refund will be processed only after our courier returns the order to our Farmers Branch depot.
If you haven't received your order within five days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, rest assured that we are here for you. Please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. Our customer support team will work with you toward a satisfactory solution.
